Refund policy

30-Day Returns

Should you change your mind, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item meets our return conditions.

1. How to return an item:

• Email info@mirfieldpoloclub.co.uk with your order number
• Return instructions will be provided
• Send the item back unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return

Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

2. Complimentary Size Exchanges

If you have ordered an incorrect size, we are pleased to offer complimentary size exchanges.

How it works:

• Email info@mirfieldpoloclub.co.uk with your order number and required replacement size
• A prepaid return label will be issued (UK only)
• Return the original item unworn and with tags attached
• Your replacement will be dispatched once the return is received

We cover return shipping for size exchanges.
Return shipping costs apply only when requesting a refund.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item; we will resolve the matter promptly.

Please email info@mirfieldpoloclub.co.uk with a photograph of the issue, and we will offer either:

• A replacement item with complimentary shipping, or
• A full refund, including original delivery charges

4. Important Information

• All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• Every return is inspected; items showing signs of wear are not eligible for refund
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt
• Sale items may be returned but are not eligible for exchange, subject to the same conditions

This policy is effective from 07 February 2026 and applies to all orders placed on or after this date.
